Refund & Cancellation Policy

We aim for customer satisfaction. Refunds are processed as per this policy.

1. Cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime via dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at end of billing period; no prorated refunds.

2. Refunds

• Full refund within 7 days of purchase if no usage.
• Technical issues: Case-by-case, contact support.
• No refunds for used services or digital downloads.

3. Process

Refunds via original payment method (Razorpay) within 5-10 business days. Email sales@stock360s.com with request.

Disputes governed by Indian consumer laws.
